Hiplife musician, Peter Aryee, otherwise known as Araz, is dead.

Female singer Mzbel sought to confirm the news this morning, and posted on her Facebook page: “Araz is dead!!! What is happening??? Sob! Sob! Sob!”.

Sources say he was shot dead at his Weija residence.

Once a mainstream artiste who scored big with his single Laimomo, he struggled for attention after his maiden success, only to return with a number of other materials including ‘Everybody Hates Ghana’, ‘Oseyie’, ‘Ekan Titi Suban’, ‘Ghana Mmaa’, and ‘Ghana Bra Behywe Wekyi’.
