Joey B says he was once told by Sarkodie four years ago that he will one day dominate the Ghanaian music scene and become a star.

The underground artiste became the new hiplife sensation after releasing ‘Tonga’ – an instant hit which features Sarkodie.

The music video is known for its intricate yet suggestive dance moves and is enjoying  great viewership on the internet.

Speaking to Multi TV’s Rebecca Darko, Joey B praised his mentor’s keen ability to spot talent.

“Sarkodie is an artiste who doesn’t easily work with people, before he works with you; it means you must be really dope”.

He went on to reveal that  “for Sark to tell me like 4 years ago that am going to be a star one day, and you know it’s happening right now. What Sarkodie prophesies is come to life and am very happy”
