Zhest Consult also creates tailor made training materials, to solve the unique challenges SME’s (Small and Medium Enterprises) in Ghana face
“When I moved to Ghana 3 years ago I knew my return was motivated by my desire to contribute to the national development of my country,” Kate says of her decision to start her company.
“I believe that the aggregate of all your past experiences from your relationships, education and work experience should bring you to a point in your life where you wish to help impact and improve the lives of those around you.”
Kate is motivated by the many Ghanaian youth who are constantly pushing for change in their core business areas even in the face of minimal structural support.
