Edem takes on the current state of Ghana’s politics, diving in on running topics such as toxic vigilantism, flamboyant rhetoric about the economy, ex-president Mahama’s “dead goat” alias among others.

The Thubani-produced record comes with a hilarious dance routine: rubbing one’s hand on his head, and then mimicking a Usain Bolt-esque lightening bolt celebration (which involves stretching both arms over one’s ducked face)

“Politics,” as the record is titled, comes off the heels of “PHD,” another piece of social commentary that decries the envious behaviour of a section of Ghanaians in the wake of another’s success.
