Ghanaian model, Araba Sey has picked up a laurel at the just—ended 2018 Youth Event Awards, held at the Silver Star Towers in Accra, September 28.
The scheme aims at celebrating young individuals for their dedication and contribution to the creative arts industry.
Sey won ahead of Juanita Brown, Charlotte Derban, Toosweet Annan, Omo Khalifa, Nick Clerks, Edwin Amatey, and Joyce Appiah.
Ecstatic, she took to Instagram to express her gratitude; “To God be the glory. Thanks to everyone who has been supporting me in everything I do and to everyone who voted for me to win…”
She urged her growing fan base to keep supporting and praying for the brand and expect more projects in coming months.
2016 participant at Miss Malaika 2016, Araba Sey was nominated from Ghana for the Best African Model at last year’s African Entertainment Legend Awards, held in Lagos,Nigeria. She was named “Most Influential Model of The Year” at the 2016 Ghana Tertiary Awards, and has been associated with brands like Stanbic Bank, GTP, Nizoral Shampoo, Bajaaj Motors (Nigeria), Superbold Magazine (Nigeria) among others.
