Starr FM’s Disc Jockey, DJ Vyrusky says he was taught as a kid to give out to the less privileged.
In an emotional post on Photo sharing blog Instagram on his birthday, the current DJ of the year posted “I grew up always going to orphanages and radio stations to make donations on behalf of my dad to the less privileged and sick ones in the society.He always taught us to give back because it’s the right thing to do. Yesterday I decided to spend my day with these orphans inside Kasoa. DJ Vyrusky (born Kofi Amoako) has, since getting into the industry, excelled on career-defining stages as Ghana Meets Naija Concert, the Hennessey Artistry Concert, Tidal Rave, and at the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards. A Masters Degree holder, he has also been adjudged among other things, Best Events DJ and Best Club DJ of the Year at the prestigious Ghana DJ Awards. He’s also head of Nitro Live, a subsidiary of Echo House Ghana Limited.
