Tributes continue to pour for deceased dancehall singer Ebony Reigns (Priscilla Opoku-Kwarteng), who died in a gory accident Thursday night while returning from a family visit.

Members from the music fraternity, governance, media, and many other spheres of society have taken  to social media to react to the sad occurrence, celebrating her young but impactful life and talent. President of the republic, H.E Nana Addo Danquah Akufu Addo, ex- president John Mahama, hiplife legend Obrafour, and rapper Sarkodie are among high-profile Ghanaians who have penned tributes to the RuffTown act.

Ebony was in the company of a female acquaintance and a soldier, who also passed. Their bodies have since been deposited at the Bechem Government Hospital.

Widely loved, Ebony is highly-tipped to win VGMA Artist of the Year in coming months, due to her remarkable impact in the industry, serving up multiple hits including Poison, Hustle, Da Ur Fada, and Maame Hw3. Her debut album, BONYFIED, was released in December last year.

Here is a collection of tweets by Ghanaian celebrities honouring the singer:

I want to express my heartfelt condolences to the family of Ebony. I pray that the Lord comforts them in this hard time. Let’s kindly desist from circulating photos and videos of the incident. #RIPEBONY pic.twitter.com/onU3EYk5c1
