Shimmering in a sheer violet outfit, and flanked by well-built dancers, ace Highlife singer Becca (Rebbeca Akosua Acheampong) took the thousands who had gathered at the National Theatre in Accra for her 10th anniversary concert (which included key dignitaries as former First Lady Nana Kunadu Agyeman Rawlings, and former Tourism minister Ablah Gomashie) down memory lane with songs off her debut and sophomore albums.

The songs included Daa Ke Daa, Sugar, African Woman, Heyba, and Forever. Currently ongoing at the National Theatre in Accra, it is put together by ZYLOFON Music.

A proven performer and author of several highlife hits, Becca is joined by top local and international colleagues as DJ Spinall, Bisa KDei, Kwabena Kwabena, Trigmatic, Stonebwoy, Mr. Eazi, M.I Abaga, Kumi Guitar, Kofi Kinaata, and a host of others.

Becca is author of three albums: Sugar (2007),  Time 4 Me (2013), and Unveiled (2017). She’s also recipient of several honours including multiple Ghana Music Awards and 4Syte TV Music Video Awards. She has been associated with 2Baba, M.I, Ice Prince, Bisa KDei, Uhuru, Hugh Masekela among others.
