Th crowning concerts for this year’s edition of MUSIGA’s Ghana Music Week Festival came of successful after a rocky start.

Last Saturday’s concert, unlike previous days, saw decent attendance and impressive performances from veteran acts as Nana Ampadu, Pat Thomas, Pozo Hayes, Diana Hopeson, Mary Ghansah  among others.

Other performers included Celestine Donkor, Kofi Nti, Nicholas Omane Acheampong, Okyeame Kwame, Obour, VVIP, Tinny, Tic Tac, Akatakyei, Ex-Doe , Fatau Keita and promising spoken-word artist Nenebi.

Currently in its fifth year, the programme looks to shine the light on hardworking musicians and bring focus to the real essence of musicianship. The programme also rewards the efforts of artists with the prestigious Ghana Music Honours.
