Rapper Tic Tac is suing shopping outlet  Melcom Ghana to an Accra Human Rights High Court for breach of contract.

According to him, his contract with the company ended  May 31, 2011, yet, the company continues to use his images to promote their brand, constituting a violation in their agreement signed May 21, 2009.

He’s also asking to be awarded an amount of GHC 500,000 in damages, as he has lost other opportunities due to Melcom still advertising him as brand ambassador.

Finally, he is also praying the court to direct  a removal of all his images from Melcom billboards across the country.
