Ibrahim Sima, until today, the convicted boss of modelling house, Exopa, is dead.
He died at the Police Hospital here in Accra, after sustaining an injury from a football game involving him and some other inmates.
Enewsgh.com sources at the Nsawam Maximum Security Prisons say he had been shoved – in what was a normal physical activity in the game of football.
He subsequently complained of headache.
Sima, whose modelling agency became a go-to place for young, aspiring models during its early years, was arrested at the Kotoka International Airport on September 7, 2009 when a search on his luggage revealed tubers of yam in which was embedded narcotic substances.
In a trial that lasted for some two years, he was jailed to 15 years imprisonment in August 2011.
