JOY FM presenter, Bola Ray, has left the station.
He’s confirmed to enewsgh.com via a telephone conversation this morning that he’s left.
His exit brings to an end 11 years of a fruitful stay at the Kokomlemle-based station, which he joined from the then TOP Radio (now TOP FM).
He is leaving to concentrate on some other interests, chief amongst them being his Empire Group of companies, which owns the Takoradi-based Empire 102.7 FM, and Empire Entertainment, the events and artiste management wing that organizes the once-a-year Ghana Meets Naija and Back in the Day concerts.
Kwame Sakyiamah (a.k.a Lexis Bill) is sitting in until such a time when a formal host is announced.
