Over the next three weeks, SuperSport will unpack all the fun, excitement, heartbreak and drama as the 2013-14 football season reaches its conclusion.

This weekend, all eyes are in England. With the relegation dogfight over, title race is still very much alive, mathematically at least.

Leaders Manchester City seem to think otherwise given that an open-top bus parade is already pencilled in for Monday. The Citizens are two points ahead of second-placed Liverpool and need to avoid defeat against West Ham United to secure the title. Sunday will definitely be no walk in the park for the champions-in-waiting as a defeat, coupled with a win for Liverpool, would spell disaster.

The match is exclusively live on SuperSport 3 and 3HD from 2.30pm CAT with kick-off at 4pm  CAT along with four other matches, including Liverpool’s home fixture against Newcastle United. Defending champions Manchester United officially relinquish the title away to Southampton – live on SuperSport Maximo (channel 231) from 3.45pm CAT with English commentary available on the second language option.

The drama and excitement will continue on SuperSport throughout May with the Europa League, the Nedbank and FA Cup finals, the La Liga season finale and the Uefa Champions League final.
